My 2019 New Years Resolutions for Talent Acquisition

As we end the year, it’s important to look back on what has gone well and what has not gone well. For me, 2018 has brought much of both, which is exactly the way I wanted it. I mean, if everything was perfect, where would we go next, right? So, since I am oh so far from perfect, this post will share some things I want to work on, professionally speaking.

Thanks for allowing me to share some of my 2019 New Year’s resolutions for talent acquisition. I’d love to get your thoughts on these, and hear about yours too. Studies show that if we write down or type out our goals, the chances of manifesting them increase exponentially. More so, if we include others in on them, like I’m doing here, we are more likely to keep our promises. Here’s to keeping our promises, and winning the new year.
