The simple equation for achieving success

In the present world, most people around the world look for the secret to success. They want to know the secrets of success. There are many solutions to this. Some people think that it is hard work, passion, and determination that make people successful. But this is not true for all people to be successful. What is the secret to success? Is it enough to be hardworking and passionate? What steps are to be taken to be successful? Is it enough to have a positive mindset to become more successful? I do not think that success does not come from just a single variable.

If you are searching for secrets to success. It seems that there is a combination of variables that are required to be successful. There is an equation for this. Success is not rocket science but there is a simple equation. The equation which I am talking about has no relation to math or other. So this is the equation:

If you are not able to understand it. But this equation will surely work for success. Let me explain each variable.

It is the first part of the formula for success. Intrinsic motivation is the inner strength that you wanting or desire to achieve something. Without this, you cannot achieve something and you will surely fail. Let me ask a question: what do you do un your free time? Some people do volunteer because it gives inner peace to help others. Some people like to solve puzzles. Some like to go hiking because it helps them to connect with nature. Do you ever think that ‘why’ you are doing so? It does not give anything. You are doing because you are receiving intrinsic rewards, therefore, you have a strong, internal motivation to keep doing.

On the other side of the coin if we look at it. If your ‘why’ is clear or why you are doing is clear then your inner strength will motivate you to do something regarding it. To achieve success- you must start with why. Why do you want to achieve success in your life?

This is the second part of the formula. Now you are aware of what motivates you and you have strong “why”. Without action, you can not get anything in your life. It is just like you are ready for launching the rocket but you need to press the launch button for launching the rocket. I have seen many people who spent their time learning, planning, and trying to be perfect in that field before they start. But in reality, they never execute their plan. So, it is important to take action whether you are ready or not. You can discover many new things in your way. But it is important to take action towards your goals to achieve success. In this way, you can gain momentum by taking action.

In my opinion, this is the most important part of the formula for success. It is not important whether you start or not but how much you will continue it. You also need the same amount of energy for quitting the work as same as you begin with. Would you like to waste your energy on quitting? Instead of that, you will continue it. Don’t quit. Take action towards your goals. By doing this, you can keep your momentum in your life and in your goals.

Now you are aware of the formula for the secret to success. It does not matter what you are trying to achieve. You have a strong reason for achieving success. It means you know why do you want to achieve in your life. This will motivate you to take action towards the goals to achieve success. In this way, it will build unstoppable momentum in your life. Success will take time. There is no shortcut to success. There is no overnight success. You keep taking your actions but don’t quit taking actions.
